This week for maths we had to writing shaps and put then togerther then we had to writing 1 area 2 area then we had to do totel area or we can do area.we had to then had to get a highlighter and put that as the shaps my coler was Orange and i had to draw the shaps then writing for each shaps we had to writing lots.

    LI : To learn swimming skills to help us in the water.    We all went inside the pool and we put on life jackets.We did a safe way to get in the pool,We put
     Arm aross a shoulder (right) one hand on our mouth and nose.We learn that a cold shock make    people open there mouth letting cold water in there body we then made a chain or train we had to    make a line and hold the person in fornt of us jacket,we also kicked in the side.We then made a circle to keep each other warm.We put our arms under there armpit.We had to then swim on one side to the other.   We learn that life jackets are for someone were them at the back.Swimming is not hard well looking       up.We then did the help position it means Heat escape lessening position.Then we learn putting a life jacket on a boat is not hard well doing it in the water.and then

L.I: Today for Inquiry we were learning to make a presentation about our technology for our game our other technology was trenches.Our technology was cannon we had to do why our group choose it and 2 examples about it.we choose this because because it would be good for our game.About the game.The purpose of the game is to get the gold.But that is only if your the invaders but for the defenders is kind of easy because you just had to defend but with the cannons was going to be hard.In order to get the cannon you'd have to pass the invaders to get cannon but two people would have to move the cannon like the picture over there.Playing the game is very good and sometimes cheating I hope you like our presentation.

City Scape

L.I: Today our class started to make a peice of art on monday.We had to fine a city that we like and would like to cover up.I used glue and other things to do and finshe this task.It was done by one person and we had to try and centre it,Everyone had fun doing this task.Before we made the art we learnt about cold and cool colours.cold colours are like any type of blue like night time colours.cool colours are like red and other colours.

We learnt on how we could make the task or art look good like using other shapes and not just one.We used arch shapes and others as well.We frist made a sillhouette online and used paper to make it look good.

L.I: Myth,Legend and fairy tales

Today I made a DLO out of a slide show about Durga and Mahishasura. Durga is a girl with 18 arms and Mahishasura is a king with a buffalo head. Them 2 had a battle and none of them died. Mahishasura had claws and Durga had a lot of weapons since she has a lot of arms.

Today me and yr 5's went to swimming. We were learning about how to save people if they are drowning. If we needed help we have to put our hands up and shout out help a lot of times to get the life guards attention. Another one is getting a paddle and pull the person in danger.

pier foundation

Today I have made a slide showing what a pier foundation is. A pier foundation is something that can hold up a house from a higher distance.  It can also hold up the entrance of the roof in the front and it can hold up a platform that you are standing on. Foundation means that it is supporting the grounds of a typical structure. A pier can be see at a house or on a plate form.

Sky Tower

Today we went to the Sky Tower. We learnt about the structure of the tower. It was built in 1997. It cost 75 million dollars. It was built to help the communication of Auckland.
It is 324m Tall.
